I didn’t do any exercise today.

DAY 18 WEDNESDAY 18 2015 60 REPS
I didn’t do any exercise today.

DAY 19 THURSDAY 19 2015 65 REPS
I didn’t do any exercise today.

DAY 20 FRIDAY 2015 REST DAY
As it was a rest day, I didn’t do any exercise today.

DAY 21 SATURDAY 2015 65 REPS
I did 67 reps today.

DAY 22 SUNDAY 22 2015 70 REPS
Didn’t do any reps today.


I have been a bum all week.
